Talk about Brass Monkeys?

Freezin' didn't really describe it... Its Sunday the 20th of February, and the Spring hasn't really arrived as yet, that's official......

Only the four of us today freezin' our nuts off, on a coast road ride out...

We eventually arrived at Waterfoot to find our usual cafe closed , so we headed on round to Cushendun where we ran into a nice Braising steak dinner ...

Cold  and salty as it was , the bikes didn't really get too dirty as you can see here.

So lunch over , discretion being considered the better part of valour, we decided to head for home.

I was a great exhilarating day out but Damn  cold...

Crossing over the mountain from Cushendall towards Ballymena it was easy to see just how cold it really was . All the puddles at the road verges were frozen solid..

It really makes you think when you see all that ice about........ Global warming my frozen ASS.
