There must be a smell of Spring in the air.( though it smelt more like slurry),
I hadn't seen as many shiny, highly polished to perfection, lumps of machinery out on a Sunday, in a heck of a long time.( probably last Summer.) even the tyres were polished and new looking on some of them. But its good to see more and more riders getting the covers off and getting out on the road.

Stopping off in Cushendun for a bit of fine tuning...

Heading on round to Ballycastle and a hot drink made the world seem a better place. just holding the warm cup and feeling the sensation seep back into my finger tips was pleasurable enough.. but seeing so many other riders out enjoying the fine weather really did make our day.
Some
of the Ballymena riders machinery parked along side the 49-ers
Even the Ballymoney lads had turned out
You don't get nothing for a pair! not even in this game...
Some very nicely turned out machines..
Some more of the Ballymena
machinery................
So that's that for another week. I guess I'm going to have to get a new back tyre for the Bandit. the canvas is showing through this one and I need a bike to get in and out of Carrickfergus while my car is off the road.
Mike has offered to lend me his ZX10R until I get sorted..........VVVVRROOOOMMMM..................
Its the best laxative I've ever taken........
I will keep you posted on how I get on riding the Kawa as a commuter through Belfast in rush hour traffic!
