Yes we did get out for a run,,, just to take the chicken strips from the side of Michaels tyres...

Portrush, Ballycastle,,, back to Ballymena... Antrim,  even called in to pay Colin a visit at the Patterson Spade mill...

All in all a nice run,,, we even managed to miss most of the rain.
